Recording the creation of the worlds first Fascist Democracy.

Here is a Google Map attempting to show some of the ways the activity of the State is already affecting you and yours in the brave new world of UK State Fascism from the tragic extreme of Jean Charles de Menezes to the surreal yet still very scary.

This map is an attempt to take a UK wide, geographical view, of both the public and the personal effect of State sponsored fear and distrust as seen through the twisted technological lens of petty officials and would be bureaucrats nationwide.

I have included a line at Westminster Bridge in London to signify the point at which our liberties are being swept out to sea and to act as a marker for those liberties already lost and those well on their way.
Upstream of the bridge I may have begun to include markers for notes and incidents about events that threaten our freedom, which will bear closer scrutiny.

The impetus for starting this Map has been my increasing difficulty in explaining just why 'you' should be concerned about State Control and the all pervasive creeping Data State when talking to friends and acquaintances, whose first question has been along the lines of "How will all this affect me? Why should I and my family be concerned about all that?"

The presumption is that only terrorists need be afraid and that none of the radical changes to our laws and freedoms now coming to fruition will affect me - will they?

Yes they will. They already are.

I am trying to be fairly strict about what gets in and what doesn't and leave out law changes which have potential for State abuse, and which anger me, but have not yet turned into specific incidents that can be reported.
